What it is
Training based on the book When it's Better with AI (Quando é Melhor com IA), by Gonçalo Marques. The method is tool-agnostic: it applies to any AI tool the company uses. Technical training on each tool remains with its vendor. The workshop is delivered in Portuguese.

How it works
Four modules in half a day
Over four modules, the team learns to decide the workflow, guide the reasoning, verify the result and calibrate the effort when working with AI. The exercises use real AI tools on a fictional case that runs through all the modules, so no company material goes into the tools. In person, for groups of up to 24 people, or online, with the same duration.
